This week while awaiting for a guy to come who on this occasion didn’t show up. However Jordan decided to get the chassis underway.
At the start we decided to grind the chassis of all the old paint and rust however we are on battery level and our main battery that runs the grinder decided that at the point of when we need it the cells inside the battery would die. SO we are down to around 5 mins on a full battery which the amount of chassis we have is stupid to attempt to do it.
With that in mind Jordan bought paint to do the chassis that can go straight over the surface rust and old paint. On the hottest day of the year it felt like Jordan got on with it.

Above is the center section of the bus the tops and side have been painted.

Above is the isle you can see some section have not been painted here this is due to some welding work that needs to be completed in this area to put it back correct.

Above is the cab area this is simple metal work that is strong and good thus needs no work.

A lot of the work was done on the above image, When the flooring was removed it was clear that the floor held the ramp section in place which shouldn’t of been the case. This has now been made the case with some screws that was missing meaning the ramp now sits flat.
