This is our young Kian using the angle grinder for the first time to cut metal and grind which shows, we are working at building his confidence up with the tools and how to use them this does take some practice for someone with little confidence with and is rather shy as you will see. He also doesn’t seem to like to take any responsibility in jobs so building up this confidence so he is willing to take responsibility is one of the key things we want to work on with him. At the shed we have managed to get him out his shell socially at the start he was very shy. He is now willing to give back what he takes.
